Please note that the customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, is doing excessive returns or exchanges. The customer(s) will be taken off our client list and will no longer be able to purchase from Trident international Srl. For more information, please contact us info@tridentinternational.org.in
Returns
All products must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery to our facility. The products must be unused, undamaged or untampered and shall be sent in the original packing and in same condition in which it was received by the customer. The shipping and handling charges of the returned product must be borne by the customer.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund, deducting the shipping and handling charges, to the original method of payment. You will receive the refund within 7 days after we receive the product and the refund is approved, depending upon your card issuer’s policies.
The full amount (including the shipping and handling charges) and the re-delivery charges are refunded, if the defective or faulty product is sent from our end.
Exchange
All products must be sent for exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery to our facility. The products must be unused, undamaged or untampered and shall be sent in the original packing and in same condition in which it was received by the customer. The shipping and handling charges of the product sent for exchange must be borne by the customer.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item. If your exchange is approved, our administrative team will get in touch with you to initiate the procedure for exchange.
